At PCD Ministries, we envision a world where everyone feels loved, valued and delivered. We strive to create a community where people can come together to worship, learn, and grow in their faith. We believe in water baptism and the infilling of the Holy Spirit as inspired by Acts 2:38: "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."

Dr. Marie Brice, a successor, conformed out of the body of Christ; she is the Pastor and founder of the Pentecostal Church of Deliverance in Baltimore, Maryland. While attaining a vision granted by God, she is the Establishmentarian and General Overseer of several churches. She is a native of Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Dr. Brice met her late husband, Elmore Brice, at a very young age, and out of this union, nine children were birth. Deacon Elmore Brice helped build the PCD Ministry; he was a very dedicated member and worker of PCD. He went home to be with the Lord in June of 2009. In 2016, seven and a half years later, Dr. Brice met and married Elder Dalton Hawkins. Dr. Brice received the gift of the Holy Ghost in the year of 1969 under the leadership of the late Elder Shadrick Tyler from the Bibleway World. Due to an unfortunate crisis in the church, she was later led to the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in the year of 1970 under the leadership of the late Bishop Louis Walker, an affiliate of the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. It was there that she developed the foundational teaching of the Apostolic Doctrine and later obtained licenses under the PCAF and PAW Organizations. Commissioned to excel within the Kingdom, Dr. Brice was called by God to Pastoralship in 1979. God placed on her a mantle of great faith in healing and dedicated prayer day and night, which caused rapid ministry growth, resulting in a church building expansion. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion Studies at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, and attended Saint Mary’s Seminary & University-Baltimore where she studied Christian Education. She has preached as far as Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory in West Africa, and Onitsha in Nigeria, in London, England, and Trinidad West India; Pentecostal Church of Deliverance holds a church and business charter in Trinidad and Tobago. Great ministries were birthed out of the preaching and teaching of this great woman of God. Because of all the accomplishments, Dr. Brice has achieved in ministry, the Canon Bible Institute in Orlando, Florida, bestowed upon her an Honorary Doctorate in 2002. From 1985-1995, Dr. Brice broadcasted live on WJRO, where she had a successful prayer line for ten years, many people were saved and delivered through this radio ministry. In 1994, Dr. Brice successfully operated a men’s shelter in Baltimore, Maryland. John Hopkins Hospital referred clients to her facility when transitioning from one of their drug-addiction Specialty Programs. Beginning in the year of 1995, Dr. Brice established two churches in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2012, because of economic challenges, Dr. Brice consulted the Lord for direction. When God gave her the answer, she called her staff together, and they agreed with her to sell the 37,000 square foot building at 4909 Harford Road, Baltimore, Maryland. God miraculously wrought the transaction. The successor God called successfully relocated the ministry to its present location, 3201 Garrison Blvd., Baltimore, Maryland, debt-free, no burdens, no strings attached, and we are, with the leadership of our Pastor, successfully growing in ministry. We are moving forward with a vision filled with hope and determination to continue to fulfill the task God has given to our Pastor, through it all our Pastor has shown great strength and courage and has been a great example to us. May the Lord’s blessings be upon you as we continue to excel within the Kingdom of God.
Remembering those Pillars of our ministry whom have gone on to be with the Lord. They've left a legacy that has made a huge impact in the ministry and in the lives of many. Although they are gone, they will never be forgotten.
